As of August 15, we are looking into paving the entry to a certain refuge we use with bricks engraved in memory of the fallen,
whether they killed themselves or were killed by another in utter despair.
The angels who took these poor anguished souls to a place of consolation and hope will keep watch with us in our vigils.
We are stronger in unity with the fallen.
When we learn more about this we will pass it on,

Memorial Day is about veterans, and the war against mental disease is a real war too with a huge and unknown number of casualties.
As with the Holocaust, because we are so confused about it, much of the carnage is invisible or ignored.
On this page, we commemorate all those who have died due to mental distress, either their own (suicide) or someone else's:
war, terrorism, gang violence, school shootings, domestic or sexual homicide, etc.
HERE ALSO WE COMMEMORATE EXPLICITLY ALL VICTIMS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE, COERCION, AND INTIMIDATION OF ANY KIND.
SEXUAL ABUSE OF POWER IS A DEVASTATING FORM OF MENTAL DISEASE.
WE PLEDGE TO RESTORE THE ORIGINAL INNOCENCE OF THINGS.
We also honor those whose lives, while technically not taken, have been forever marred in a deep and traumatic way.
And finally, we honor those countless unsung heroes of the war against mental disease.
These are they who give or have given, their lives silently in one way or another with no compensation, recognition or acknowledgement.
We recognize you now and hope one day to compensate you.
May all the dead be blessed and forgiven and healed, wherever they are,
and may we too be forgiven for whatever is on our souls, and healed of whatever scars we bear on their account.
And may our world stand up and find its voice and acknowledge this devastation so that we can fix it.
