• The Cherry Moon Charitable Trust. This is the financial foundation of the corporation.
• The Double U Companies, L.L.C. This is a for profit L.L.C. owned by the Valanga di Vita Company, Inc.

All of these entities grew out of exigencies related to the existential crisis in our world.
It's not as complicated as it seems.
It's just scandalous and people don't want to know so they beat around the bush forever.
