Leon calls himself a cleaner, because in his instictive decency he is reluctant to tell Matilda that he cleans the streets by killing drug dealers.
However, in order to be a professional at any career, order and discipline are key.
Having a neat environment also helps the human mind to focus and Leon was very good at focusing.
Leon runs his scene a little bit like a military unit, and it is very effective.

The bugler below has helped quiet Leons and cranky Matildas get out of bed for centuries and make their bed before breakfast.(It might scare Stansfield a little, too).
